Whether you're navigating picky eating, growth concerns, school lunches, or fueling your young athlete, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

💡 An initial session is required before joining so I can fully understand your child’s unique growth, medical, and feeding history. That way, every piece of advice I give is personalized and relevant to your family.

• Unlimited messaging access via text or voice memo. (You can request brief phone calls (as needed, up to 1–2 per month) for more complex questions. This helps ensure everyone gets timely, quality support).

• Peace of mind knowing you have a pediatric dietitian in your corner
